Porto Sidero is the most northerly of the villages, located on a site which naturally separates the village into 2 parts joined by a narrow strip of land. Waterfront aspects predominate throughout the village and are enhanced by the introduction of Cretan Renaissance Architectural influences reminiscent of styles found in Chania and Sitia.
